Woman Reverses Signs of MS in 3 Weeks on Natural Diet

You may have seen the news lately where a woman reversed her MS (multiple sclerosis) with a Paleo Diet.  Although this is a wonderful story I had to wonder if she was aware of another woman who reversed MS some 7 years ago using a natural diet rich in natural raw foods and with the use of flax seeds.

Her protocol cost very little and it is simple to do.  She was cured in 3 weeks, not 9 months as the lady reports on Mercola website.  She cured herself using a natural and healthy diet and was laughed at.  People ridiculed her and called her a quack.  She knew however that she had changed her life and for those who did believe, she offered hope.

Her Simple Diet and Plan

First you have to understand that by the time she was diagnosed with MS, she was very bad.  All the symptoms, such as tremors and not being able to walk good were dismissed as old age or normal.  She would question people about this and they would just tell her not to worry. Then one day her symptoms exploded and the symptoms were so awful that even she did not know her best friends.

She stated that the symptoms were the same as a stroke except for the numbness in the body. She did not cry as she was too incoherent to know really what to think.  She went and sat in her home for one week before anyone came to check on her.  Of course the first thing they did was insist she go to the doctor, but she refused.

She started searching for a natural protocol, one she could afford.  Someone suggested a protocol with 3 pages of supplements needed and that was not possible. So with prayer and guidance she came up with a protocol that worked.  This is not a protocol you have ever heard of before, because it is from her own design.

Supplements of the Protocol:

She took:
If you cannot get good quality lecithin then do not use it at all.

A good substitute for lecithin is cold pressed olive oil. Simply take 1/4 cup of olive oil mixed with the juice of a lemon before sleeping.

Her Diet Consisted of:
  1. Budwig kousimine diet. Which is 1/2 cup of drained yogurt, juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 T. of raisin granola, 1.5 T. of ground flax seeds, 1/4 t. of cayenne, 1/2 t. of pollen, 1 crushed banana, 1 additional fruit. This once a day.
  2. Budwig regular with 1/4 cup of drained yogurt with 1.5 T. of flaxseed, 1/4 t. cayenne. This once a day.
  3. Lots of juice, at least one large veggie juice and 1 large fruit juice per day
  4. One cooked meal a day only. Like a large salad topped with beans.
  5. No meats of any kind and no fish.
  6. Turkey added after one month.
  7. She made bread with baking powder, yogurt and olive oil and a mixture of grains. 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 brown flour.
  8. She limited the cheese to goat cheese and parmesan cheese only.
  9. Eggs sparingly.
  10. Lots of soups
  11. Almond milk exchanged for milk
  12. Green smoothies and top them with flax seeds
She improved greatly in 2 weeks and with complete recovery in 3 weeks.  She ate nothing  packaged and made everything homemade.  She used raw goat yogurt for the Budwig mixtures and only fresh parmesan, not some canned or packaged cheese in the grocer.

Other things she did was to eliminate all negative people out of her life.  Stress will cause the symptoms to be worse so you have to want to live.  She used EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and sat in the sun a lot during the safe hours.

Probably the most important thing she did was to pray.  Whether you are a Christian or a Jew, there is a higher power that can save you.  Before she started this simple diet, she prayed and asked for healing and she knew positively she would be healed.

The woman on the video on the Mercola website ate red meat, organ meat and such and these things can make MS worse. She ate no meat or rarely.  She ate lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.  The story in Mercola.com tells that she ate grass fed beef. As we all know, the soil is depleted of nutrients and red meat whether grass fed or not is not good for you.  According to many MS websites, parts of the Paleo Diet is bad for MS sufferers.

Another thing to note is that it took her 9 months to recover and this woman's diet was done in 3 weeks. Although her diet is more drastic, it worked good for for her.  One of the main parts of the cure is faith.  She believed and prayed for help.  There are alot of reports on faith healing.  Feeling blessed and hoping for a miracle just may be the best thing you ever did.

Note: Please note this diet may not work for everyone as each individual is different.
I suggest rebounding as the best exercise.
