5. Oregano - is a staple in all Arab kitchens and many make a dried oregano dip that is eaten with olive oil, every day. Many natural doctors say it is a cancer preventative. Other say to take the oil. The oil is so powerful, that one drop of oregano is more than enough per day. Place one drop of oregano oil in a capsule and take that way.
